/ THE ACELINE PROCESS
From first enquiry to finished fabric wall.
Aceline guides you through each stage, from initial room photos and approximate dimensions to fabric selection, initial quotation and installation. The process is designed to keep the early stages simple, clear and proportionate before physical samples or detailed site work are arranged.

STAGE ONE
Send us photographs of the room, approximate wall area dimensions and a brief note on what you would like to achieve. This may be a media room, home cinema, bedroom wall, study, library, feature wall or another residential space.
Tell us about your room
STAGE TWO
We will review the room type, wall area, intended use and finish required. For decorative wall upholstery, we usually consider 12mm or 27mm options. For media rooms and home cinemas, we may recommend 27mm or 52mm options where additional acoustic comfort is required.
Review the suitable wall finish
STAGE THREE
Before sending a digital fabric range, we first narrow the type of finish you prefer. This may include a practical woven fabric, a refined woven texture, a softer decorative residential fabric or a premium refined wallcovering. This helps keep the selection focused and avoids sending unsuitable ranges.
Narrow the fabric direction
Once we understand the room size, preferred finish and likely fabric direction, we can provide an initial quotation. This helps confirm whether the proposed finish is within budget before physical fabric samples are arranged.
Digital range first, physical samples when the project is ready.
To keep the process efficient, early fabric selection is usually made from digital range cards. Once the room, finish and initial quotation have been reviewed, physical fabric samples can be arranged before the final selection is confirmed.
Receive an initial quotation
If the quotation is within budget and you wish to proceed, physical fabric samples can then be arranged where required. Final fabric choice, build-up, track and fabric join details and installation approach are confirmed before work begins.
